Sidewalk Scrambled Jam
Tomorrow night starting at 6:00 P.M, Andrew Douglas and Myself (AKA "Portal Dementia") shall participate participate in the 2010 Sidewalk Scrambled Jam ("a mixture of local music and local filmmaking that is sure to create a buzz in Birmingham and beyond"). I have participated in several Scrambles in the past. But this one is much different. We have no idea who is going to be the film team we will be working with. We have little knowledge of anything besides the fact that we are going to create soundscapes and combine them with whatever film/images that the team we end up with produces. We have 48 hours. Stress shall be involved. It's a requirement. Wish us luck.

New Visual Art -- Finished Works -- Works Evolving
I'm working on visual art that I am currently labeling "industrial folk art." I am using scrap wood, slate, markers, spray paint, chains, wire, various organic materials (e.g. bones, feathers), bolts and many other found objects. I am posting a few of the works on this page. More will be posted soon. (names of each work will also be posted soon)
